I am Nikole, yes spelled with a K instead of a C!
I am a vibrant, joyful, empathetic, loving human being that radiates light, energy, creativity and enthusiasm for supporting women's development and growth. My journey has been anything but linear! Similar to many people the journey to becoming this version of myself started with a bad relationship and a break-up. A relationship that had me questioning my worthiness and crushed any sense of confidence.
Once I had the courage to end it, knowing I deserved better I got to work. First step was physical, loving how I looked and felt in my own body. Second, the inner work, I stepped into a 3 month emotional intelligence leadership container where I learned I AM WORTHY, I am a leader, and I am meant to fulfill a great big purpose with my life.
Now, how to know what that great big purpose was? I stepped into another emotional intelligence leadership container this time for 6 months, while also serving as a coach for the initial program that got me started. I was growing by coaching and being coached all at the same time!
This is where I met a dear friend and soulmate that is the one that introduced me to the transformative power of Human Design! The first time she told me I was a Projector it honestly went over my head, I was not ready to dive into it at that time. It felt validating to hear that I am not meant to operate as the majority of population is in doing and physically getting things done, because I have a limited amount of energy reserves everyday and require so much more rest than others.
It ended there, until a few months later this same friend shared a podcast episode with me and that was the spark! I was fascinated! I wanted to know more, I wanted to know everything about my design and all those around me. I could not get enough. I started my deep dive, I learned more about myself and how my energy was meant to work to feel in flow versus feeling like I was pushing a boulder up a hill.
Life continued to change: I married my best friend, my job changed drastically…with the support of my husband and partner I kept exploring, I knew I was meant for more. Leaning into practical strategies of leaning into my strategy (waiting for the invitation), baking in rest, tuning in to my splenic authority, bits and pieces of clarity started to paint the picture on what my purpose and next steps were. It wasn’t overnight! It took about a year and half to put all the pieces together: I got to teach Human Design and I got to empower women. That energy kept building up inside me until I could no longer ignore the call, I quit my 9-5 job and took the leap of faith, thus Nikole with a K was born! A business that combines my passion for empowering women through awareness of their human design (energetic blueprint).
